Transformation 3 years of competing!!

Today I'm under the weather. Tried to workout this morning but too sick. Gonna rest today then hit it tomorrow. This is a collage of my first Men's Physique competition in july 2012 where I placed 2nd in masters and open. The bottom is my recent competition #22, 8th national. Sometimes you gotta reflect on where you started to appreciate the changes you've made. This is a tough sport especially being as competitive as I am. Sometimes you doubt yourself but I've gone from walking around about 195 lbs to 225 lbs. My posture is so much better. I still have a ways to go but I will get there. I may bend sometimes but I'll never break. Thankyou for those that support me even when I don't do well. I really appreciate you and your kind words even if it doesn't come across like that. Anyways Thankyou and for the fakes and haters...have a BLESSED DAY! ðŸ˜‰ #theblackspiderman#teamblackout #procardquest #npctexas

There's no magic pill, formula etc. ..diet, strength training, cardio..consistency. Make it your Routine and you'll see results! Pittsburgh in july for my procard...prep starts day after my birthday. ..June 21st. ..no distractions or Fake in my life...I'm focused more than ever...let's go! #theblackspiderman #teamblackout#procardquest

Jeremiah Book Cover

The Cover for JEREMIAH by Jessica Cage out April 18!!! #theblackspiderman #teamblackout

After leaving his home, tired of living in the shadow of a brother who hadn't known he existed, Jeremiah's life took an unusual path. A rogue wolf, he found himself part of a new pack, a team of elite mutated wolves fighting off all the things that go bump in the night. Science and magic combined to turn his wolf into an entirely new beast. Life was good, his wolf could run free whenever he pleased, and women flocked to him.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. When one of their targets escapes and injures his brother, Jeremiah is faced with a difficult decision. Stay in line and let his brother die, or defy his orders and try to save the only family he has left. Through a fortunate coincidence his journey home reconnected him with a lost love; but even she has her secrets...
Demons never stay hidden for long...

Transformation 2 1/2 year difference

Transformation : picture on left 2 1/2 years ago my first NPC show. Right is competition 19 this past November in Miami. I try and tell people I'm not a fitness expert...I'm an athlete who loves to compete. I've come a long way with my nutrition, posture, muscle development and confidence. I've always been a loner...shy guy but when I set my mind to doing something, I do it! I will be a pro one day... if not this year then next year... the road for some people is easier then for others. If you have a dream make it happen. ..Fuck the haters and fakes. Quick shoutout to my sponsor Rsp Nutrition for taking care of me...great products! Anyways keep pushing... ps.. both pictures I weighed 195 lbs #theblackspiderman #teamrsp #teamblackout

Jon Jones "Mr. Unclassy"

Ok so Jon Jones beats Daniel Cormier saturday to remain the Light Heavyweight Champion in the UFC and People say he's such "An Unclassy Winner." I've been reading alot of comments on MMA forums on how he is so disrespectful as an athlete and he acts so cocky etc. I had to write this because I just thought it was interesting how people who make these retarded comments pay money to watch 2 grown men attempt to put one another in the Hospital or worse.  Do these people think that they are watching some kind of Dog show or something? Fighters are supposed to have class and respect for one another. (Sarcasm) Look I for one try and respect my opponent but I'm a very competitive guy and if someone disrespects me I return in kind the same disrespect. That's just me. Lets face it in any sport where people are fighting there has to be a good guy and a bad guy...you ask any promoter that's what sells! Why do I want to watch two guys say nothing but nice things to each other? If you look at any sport and watch the guy that's loud, biggest trash talker etc. , he's usually the one people are there to see...either lose or win. They're  usually going to be the largest draw and that's what it's all about..MAKING MONEY! Why do you think WWE made so much money all these years. The wrestlers play characters that either the fans could relate to, hate or like. Jon Jones did his job and made this past UFC a huge pay day for DANA WHITE. I know this because over the past couple UFC's the bar that I go to for Fightnight has usually been empty. This past saturday however it was  packed because people who never even heard of Jon Jones or Daniel Cormier but only heard about there big Youtube altercation came to see the cocky Jones get his. That's the fighting/ENTERTAINMENT WORLD for you. So when I read all these stupid comments, Jones is bad for the sport, etc. I wonder do these people actually get that they are just doing exactly what Jones, the UFC, promoters want them to do? Free marketing!! MONEY...oh MONEY!!! Anyways I don't know Jon Jones but he's an exciting fighter. It was a great fight by 2 top guys in the weight class. There can only be ONE..like HIGHLANDER lol. Be "Classy" or not..I don't care. Just keep me entertained and I'll still watch...RIGHT?
