Catherine Kieu Becher, a 48-year-old California woman, allegedly cut off her husband's penis on Monday night. She's being accused of one of the most horrific plans ever concocted, after her husband was found by police tied to the bed, covered in blood, according to Reuters.
She's accused of drugging his food, tying him to the bed and just as he was waking up, slicing off his penis with a 10-inch kitchen knife. Then she allegedly tossed his severed organ into the garbage disposal and turned it on.
