Transformation Monday!!!

Picture on the left was from my first National show 1 year ago..right  is this past saturday my 6th National show. As you can see I've changed alot..especially with my POSTURE. Gotta thank my boy Mateo Aguirre for having me do stretches from after my 1st show to my boy Johannes Azucena for referring me to Dr. Tony Tran for work on my posture and myofascial release techniques him and his staff have been using on me.
